Authentic vintage military belt belt with shoulder cross strap. The belt has been handmade from genuine leather in tan brown. It features solid brass fixtures, a double pin metal buckle and a leather shoulder strap. (I photographed it incorrectly and the strap goes across the chest)

The metal buckle . This is an authentic vintage army officer belt and is very old. 
 
It could be a British military belt, classic Soviet Russian leather belt or similar. You can style it with a military outfit for men, whether real or fancy dress. It also look cool as a women's rustic leather belt with boho dresses and hippie outfits. 
The buckle looks like it's made from solid brass.
